Recently I have noticed a lot of 90s trends coming back into the fashion world, one of which is the denim overall dresses. Denim never goes out of style and is the easiest thing to be paired with. Everyone needs basics in their closets because basics make everything else POP. My mom actually gave me her dress that she wore herself in the 90s and it is the cutest thing. I love this dress with all of my heart because it is such a basic thing but you can pair it with whatever you would like. Also, I feel like it is a "full circle moment" because I am almost the same age has my mom when she was wearing this dress. It's super cool when you share the same fashion style as your parents. Also the fact that I got this dress for free is a huge bonus!!!
I paired my classic blue jean dress with a simple striped V-neck top from Old Navy, my all white slip on Vans, and my yellow choker that I got in the Summer Grab Bag by Young N Free Designs. I also stuck with basic accessories such as pearl earrings that I purchased a Target and my heart shaped sunglasses. I was so lucky to have my friend, Hunter Carrico, to capture these awesome moments in one of my favorite outfits.
